Sang is Practice Owner at Sirena which was started by her husband, the late Dr. John Lee in New England Plastic Surgery Center. She joined Sirena in 2017 and her strong partnership with Dr. Lee was built on being together for 20 years. Seeing her husband go in 2021 was the toughest challenge she has ever faced, but she receives strength from her children and the team at Sirena and is devoted to continuing Dr. Lee's legacy.

Sang is a software engineer by training with an Accounting degree from UConn. Prior to joining Sirena, Sang worked with Ernst & Young on audits for multinational companies and later transition as a Software Engineer for a high-intensity stock trading firm, Sempra Energy Trading. For over 15 years, she worked as a Software Engineer/Consultant for both large corporations like The Navigators Group to small, cutting-edge businesses like Drink Caffeine, LLC.

She comes with a wealth of experience in best business practices, compliance, information technology and financial analysis. Realizing that there is no shortage of clinical talent at Sirena, she focuses on administration, finance and technology allowing her staff to do what they do best: provide optimum treatment solutions to our patients. She strives to make Sirena a nurturing place for its staff and its patients and wants it to be the gold standard in patient-oriented practice.

She enjoys spending time with her kids, playing tennis and cooking for family and friends.
